Delhi BIA Open House

If you have not heard of the Delhi BIA, this group is hard at work trying to revitalize the downtown. They held a BBQ and open house at the Backstage Capitol Theatre and there was a great turn out. They celebrated some successes and showcased some of the plans they are working on. The BIA office is right across the street from the BackStage Capitol Theatre in Delhi.
